10500 Benazir Kafalat Program for Transgenders
The government of Pakistan has started the 10500 Benazir Kafalat program for transgenders to provide equal rights to transgenders in society. Through this program, assistance is provided to transgender people in the form of cash, so that they can meet their basic needs in a better way.
Regarding transgenders, Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif said that the transgender community is a part of our society and the responsibility of supporting them falls on us.
Chairman of the Benazir Income Support Program Dr. Amjad Saqib said that the Benazir Kafalat program for eunuchs has made transgender people eligible to receive assistance in the form of cash. Like other eligible persons of BISP, KhawajaSira will now get a quarterly amount of 10500.
He said that the Benazir Income Support Program plans to expand its scope. The transgender community faces many problems in the society. After joining this program, they can live a dignified and independent life by getting the monthly amount.

Transgenders need to register first to join the Benazir Kafirat Program for Transgenders.
Transgenders are required to register on the NADRA identity card. Benazir Kafalat, a program for transgenders, has registered more than 50 000 transgenders.10,500 is available only to eligible persons.
- They should go to their nearest BISP tehsil office with their national identity card and household electricity or gas bill.
- Transgender women should complete their dynamic survey in the Tehsil office.
- After that, they will get an eligibility message from the Benazir Income Support Program helpline number 8171. After receiving the message, a BISP stipend will issued to them.

خواجہ سراؤں کے لیے بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام شروع
حکومت پاکستان نے خواجہ سراؤں کے لیے بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام شروع کیا ہے تاکہ خواجہ سراؤں کو معاشرے میں مساوی حقوق مل سکیں۔ اس پروگرام کے ذریعے ٹرانس جینڈر لوگوں کو نقد رقم کی صورت میں مدد فراہم کی جاتی ہے، تاکہ وہ اپنی بنیادی ضروریات کو بہتر طریقے سے پورا کر سکیں۔ خواجہ سراؤں کے حوالے سے وزیر اعظم پاکستان شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ خواجہ سرا کمیونٹی ہمارے معاشرے کا حصہ ہے اور ان کی کفالت کی ذمہ داری ہم پر عائد ہوتی ہے۔
بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کے چیئرمین ڈاکٹر امجد ثاقب نے کہا کہ خواجہ سراؤں کے لیے بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام نے خواجہ سراؤں کو نقدی کی صورت میں امداد حاصل کرنے کا اہل بنا دیا ہے۔ بی آئی ایس پی کے دیگر اہل افراد کی طرح خواجہ سرابی کو بھی اب 10500 کی سہ ماہی رقم ملے گی۔انھوں نے کہا کہ بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام اپنا دائرہ کار بڑھانے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہے۔ خواجہ سراؤں کو معاشرے میں بہت سے مسائل کا سامنا ہے۔ اس پروگرام میں شامل ہونے کے بعد وہ ماہانہ رقم حاصل کر کے باوقار اور خود مختار زندگی گزار سکتے ہیں۔

Eligibility Criteria For Transgenders
All transgenders are eligible for the program. However, special attention is paid to transgenders with few criteria.
- This program is specially designed keeping in mind the concerns of transgenders who are 60 years of age and above.
- All transgenders who have their valid National Identity Card indicating their gender as transgender are eligible to receive assistance from this program.
- All the eunuchs who have completed their dynamics survey have included in this program.
- All eunuchs residing in Pakistan are eligible for this program and can receive assistance. Pakistani transgenders living abroad were not included in this program.

This facility is for all beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Program, including transgenders. Now eunuchs can also get their money through finger verification.
