Despite standing in line for hours, due to the rush, they fail to get their money for several days. There are a large number of women who have worried about their money being deducted. Director General of BISP Naveed Akbar said that discussions have held with women to know the BISP beneficiary issues. As a result of the meeting, it was found that women are suffering from many problems related to BISP.
BISP beneficiary women wish to receive their money as soon as possible and not have to stand in long queues to withdraw money. Bank accounts of women will opened for this purpose.
After which they will satisfied that their money has reached the account and they can go and withdraw their money at any time.
He further said that hard work is done to open the bank account and government institutions are fully supporting this work. The government of Pakistan will make every effort to ensure that women have easy access to all facilities.

بی آئی ایس پی کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل نوید اکبر نے کہا کہ بی آئی ایس پی مستحقین کے مسائل جاننے کے لیے خواتین سے بات چیت کی گئی ہے۔ ملاقات کے نتیجے میں معلوم ہوا ہے کہ خواتین بی آئی ایس پی سے متعلق بہت سے مسائل کا شکار ہیں۔ BISP سے مستفید ہونے والی خواتین اپنی رقم جلد از جلد وصول کرنا چاہتی ہیں اور انہیں رقم نکالنے کے لیے لمبی قطاروں میں کھڑا نہیں ہونا پڑے گا۔ اس مقصد کے لیے خواتین کے بینک اکاؤنٹس کھولے جائیں گے۔
جس کے بعد وہ مطمئن ہو جائیں گے. کہ ان کے اکاؤنٹ میں رقم پہنچ چکی ہے. اور وہ کسی بھی وقت جا کر اپنی رقم نکال سکتے ہیں۔ ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ بینک اکاؤنٹ کھولنے کے لیے سخت محنت کی جا رہی ہے. اور حکومتی ادارے اس کام میں مکمل تعاون کر رہے ہیں۔ حکومت پاکستان خواتین کو تمام سہولیات تک آسان رسائی کو یقینی بنانے کی ہر ممکن کوشش کرے گی۔

Benazir Income Support Program has introduced a toll-free number 0800-26477 for the best solution to the problems of its beneficiaries. The Chairperson of BISP said that the beneficiaries are suffering from any problem.
Their money has been deducted, and a staff member has misbehaved with you. So this number can used to file complaints against them. You will call this number and the representative in the control room will register your complaint.
After immediate investigation, if your complaint is found to be valid, it will acted upon. In case of a deduction from the amount, your amount will transferred back to your account. Immediate action will taken against the culprit, and punishment will be given according to law.
