شکایت فارم میں اپنا نام، قومی شناختی کارڈ نمبر، کٹوتی کی گئی رقم، کٹوتی کرنے والے کا نام درج کریں. اور شکایت فارم واپس اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر کو جمع کروا دیں. اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر اپ کی شکایت کی جانچ کرے گا کہ ایا اپ کی شکایت درست ہے یا نہیں. شکایت درست ثابت ہونے کی صورت میں اپ کی درخواست پر کاروائی شروع کر دی جائے گی. مجرم کو قانون کے مطابق سزا دی جائے گی. اور اپ کی کٹوتی کی گئی رقم واپس اپ کے اکاؤنٹ میں ٹرانسفر کر دی جائے گی.

BISP Complaint Form
If you have any problem with BISP or any deduction has been made from your money, it is your right to submit a complaint. Submitting a by-hand complaint through the BISP Complaint Form is a very easy process. Visit your nearest BISP tehsil office with your valid National Identity Card. Ask for the complaint form from the Assistant Director of BISP present there.
Fill out the complaint form with the necessary information. If you don’t know how to fill out the form, you can get help from BISP staff. Enter your name, National Identity Card number, amount deducted, and name of the deductor in the complaint form, and submit the complaint form back to the Assistant Director.
The Assistant Director will check your complaint whether your complaint is valid or not. If the complaint has proven to be true, action will taken on your request. The offender will punished according to the law and the amount deducted from you will transferred back to your account.
