Now BISP Office is Within Your Reach for Registration. BISP Registration Offices have established to provide facilities to the beneficiaries. Through these offices, they can get their registration done to get assistance money from the government. Till now lakhs of Pakistani women have registered themselves through the registration office of BISP and are regularly receiving their aid money.

Many people are still doing their registration as BISP has not fixed any last date for registration. Beneficiaries can go and get their registration done at their desired time. Women only need to have a few documents to register for this program. 

They must have their identity card, children’s bay form, and electricity or gas bill of the house. In case of the presence of all these documents, they will be able to complete their registration. If the documents are incomplete, the registration process will not be completed.

Conditions For Joining BISP 

People are eligible for the Benazir Income Support Program based on the following few conditions.

• People who have a poverty score of 30 or less are eligible to receive money in this program.
• People who do not have any valuable property or vehicle registered in their name are also eligible for this program.
• Those whose monthly income is 50 thousand or less are also eligible for this program.
• People who fulfill all these conditions can benefit from this program.

بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام میں فنڈز صرف اہل خواتین کو جاری کیے جاتے ہیں۔ لوگوں کی صلاحیتوں کا اندازہ لگانے کے لیے، BISP کی ٹیم نے گھر گھر جا کر لوگوں کا ڈیٹا اکٹھا کیا، جسے Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) سروے کہا جاتا ہے۔ اس سروے کے مطابق ان لوگوں کو رہا کیا گیا جن کا غربت کا سکور 30 سے کم تھا۔ فنڈز کی تقسیم 2008 سے جاری ہے۔

وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ اس پروگرام کا دائرہ وسیع سے وسیع تر ہوتا چلا گیا۔ اب اس پروگرام میں طلباء، معذور، خواجہ سرا اور یہاں تک کہ مزدوروں کو بھی شامل کیا گیا ہے۔ اس پروگرام کے تحت ٹرانس جینڈر خواتین کو سہ ماہی امداد بھی فراہم کی جاتی ہے، تاکہ وہ اپنی بنیادی ضروریات کو پورا کرنے کے لیے کسی غیر قانونی کام کا سہارا نہ لیں۔

اس پروگرام کے تحت طلبہ کو ان کی تعلیمی ضروریات پوری کرنے کے لیے وظائف بھی جاری کیے جاتے ہیں۔ معذور افراد کے لیے بھی فنڈز جاری کیے جاتے ہیں. تاکہ انھیں اپنی ضروریات پوری کرنے اور علاج کرانے کے لیے کسی سے رابطہ نہ کرنا پڑے۔

BISP NADRA Mobile Registration Van

Benazir Income Support Program has launched the NADRA Mobile Registration Van. Which provides facilities to people in villages and semi-urban areas for registration in BISP and issuance of Smart National Identity Card.

This registration van is specially designed for disabled people. Elderly and disabled persons can get their registration done at home through a mobile registration van and get a national identity card issued by NADRA. 

Apart from the elderly and disabled people, other people can also benefit from this mobile registration van. Women are specially included in BISP, married women can take the help of a mobile registration van to register themselves in this program.

National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) Survey

In the Benazir Income Support Program, funds are released only to eligible women. To assess people’s abilities, the BISP team went door to door and collected the data of people, which was called the Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey. According to (NSER) survey, those people whose poverty score was less than 30 were released. The distribution of funds has going on since 2008.

Under this program, transgender women are also provided quarterly assistance, so that they do not resort to any illegal activities to meet their basic needs. Scholarships are also issued to students under this program to fulfill their educational needs. Funds are also released for disabled people so that they do not have to reach out to anyone to meet their needs and get treatment.
