For registration, persons with disabilities must have a valid National Identity Card, in which their disability is registered.
In this program, a Saturday day has been reserved for the registration of disabled persons. The Chairperson of BISP said that only disabled, elderly, and transgenders will be registered on Saturdays. Special persons will visit the BISP tehsil office with all their documents on Saturday.
Ehsaas representatives will visit disabled persons and register them so that they do not face any problems. After completing their registration process, they will be provided with a receipt, and they will be included in every aid program of the Government of Pakistan.

A mobile registration van has also been launched to provide relief to special people in the Ehsaas Program. This mobile registration van will visit backward and rural areas, and provide registration services to the elderly and disabled.

This mobile registration van will also provide a National Identity Card issued by NADRA to the people.
