Field Hospital And Clinic On Wheels Project
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has decided to start a Field Hospital And Clinic On Wheels Project soon. The ramping up of all rural and primary health centers across Punjab has been approved, now all people will be able to go to field hospitals to maintain their health. Now through the Clinic on Well project, disabled people and people who cannot go to their nearest hospital will be able to get their food and medicines through Clinic on Well.
Punjab Chief Minister has ordered the immediate release of 16 billion rupees for the upgradation of hospitals. Restructuring of the health system and ongoing health projects in the province have been reviewed. Many health-related facilities have been provided for the public, field hospitals will established under this project. The Chief Minister has announced the completion of 31 field hospitals while starting the provision of health facilities. A date has been fixed for the completion of 200 clinics on the well under the Clinic on Well project.

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے فیلڈ ہسپتال اور کلینک آن وہیل پراجیکٹ جلد شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ پنجاب بھر کے تمام دیہی اور بنیادی مراکز صحت کی ریمپنگ کی منظوری دے دی گئی، اب تمام لوگ اپنی صحت برقرار رکھنے کے لیے فیلڈ اسپتالوں میں جا سکیں گے۔ اب کلینک آن ویل پراجیکٹ کے ذریعے معذور افراد اور وہ لوگ جو اپنے قریبی ہسپتال نہیں جا سکتے وہ کلینک آن ویل کے ذریعے اپنا کھانا اور ادویات حاصل کر سکیں گے۔
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے ہسپتالوں کی اپ گریڈیشن کے لیے 16 ارب روپے فوری جاری کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔ صحت کے نظام کی تنظیم نو اور صوبے میں جاری صحت کے منصوبوں کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔ عوام کے لیے صحت سے متعلق بہت سی سہولیات فراہم کی گئی ہیں، اس منصوبے کے تحت فیلڈ ہسپتال قائم کیے جائیں گے۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے صحت کی سہولیات کی فراہمی شروع کرتے ہوئے 31 فیلڈ ہسپتالوں کو مکمل کرنے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ کلینک آن ویل پراجیکٹ کے تحت کنویں پر 200 کلینکس کی تکمیل کی تاریخ مقرر کی گئی ہے۔

200 Clinics
The Chief Minister has taken several measures while reviewing the health projects which are a source of happiness for the poor sections. The clinic on Well project has been started to provide a prosperous environment and better health to poor people.
Clinic on the Well is not for all the districts but it is a project especially to assist the poor sections. Plans to set up 200 clinics in Wales in April have been decided. Especially people who do not take care of their health and are worried about not having a nearby hospital will benefit from joining this project.

وزیر اعلیٰ نے صحت کے منصوبوں کا جائزہ لیتے ہوئے متعدد اقدامات کیے ہیں جو غریب طبقے کے لیے خوشی کا باعث ہیں۔ کلینک آن ویل پروجیکٹ غریب لوگوں کو خوشحال ماحول اور بہتر صحت فراہم کرنے کے لیے شروع کیا گیا ہے۔
کلینک آن دی ویل تمام اضلاع کے لیے نہیں ہے لیکن یہ خاص طور پر غریب طبقات کی مدد کے لیے ایک منصوبہ ہے۔ اپریل میں ویلز میں 200 کلینک قائم کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔ خاص طور پر وہ لوگ جو اپنی صحت کا خیال نہیں رکھتے اور قریبی ہسپتال نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے پریشان ہیں ان کو اس پروجیکٹ میں شامل ہونے سے فائدہ ہوگا۔
Restructuring The Health System
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sahiba has started this project by starting the provision of health facilities. In the Health Reforms meeting, the Prime Minister took an important decision and approved the revamping of rural and basic health centers across Punjab. All people can contact field hospitals or clinics in a well-project to improve their health. Clinics on Well often go to the poor and cater to their needs, taking care of their health. Precautionary health medicines and other essential items are provided to further improve the health system.

وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز صاحبہ نے صحت کی سہولیات کی فراہمی کا آغاز کر کے اس منصوبے کا آغاز کر دیا ہے۔ ہیلتھ ریفارمز اجلاس میں وزیراعظم نے اہم فیصلہ کرتے ہوئے پنجاب بھر کے دیہی اور بنیادی مراکز صحت کی از سر نو تشکیل کی منظوری دے دی۔ کلینک ان ویل پراجیکٹ کے ذریعے معذور افراد اور وہ لوگ جو قریبی مرکز تک نہیں پہنچ سکتے رجسٹر کرتے ہیں۔
تمام لوگ اپنی صحت کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے کسی اچھے پروجیکٹ میں فیلڈ ہسپتالوں یا کلینک سے رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں۔ ویل پر کلینک اکثر غریبوں کے پاس جاتے ہیں اور ان کی صحت کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے ان کی ضروریات پوری کرتے ہیں۔ صحت کے نظام کو مزید بہتر بنانے کے لیے احتیاطی صحت کی ادویات اور دیگر ضروری اشیاء فراہم کی جاتی ہیں۔

زیادہ تر لوگ اپنی صحت کا خیال نہیں رکھتے اور مسائل کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں۔ ان افراد کو کلینک ان ویل کے ذریعے صحت کی سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں گی۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے غریب لوگوں کو مساوی سہولیات اور بہترین صحت کی فراہمی کے لیے فیلڈ ہسپتال کے قیام کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
گنجن آباد علاقوں میں رہنے والے لوگ کلینک آن دی ویل پروجیکٹ کے ذریعے اپنی دوائیں اور دیگر ضروری اشیاء حاصل کر سکیں گے۔ وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب برائے صحت مریم نواز نے صحت اصلاحاتی اجلاس میں صحت کے منصوبوں کا جائزہ لیتے ہوئے کئی بڑے اقدامات اٹھائے ہیں۔
