حکومت نے ان غریب طبقات کے لیے رجسٹریشن کا نیا طریقہ کار متعارف کرایا ہے جنہیں پروگرام کے لیے نااہل قرار دیا گیا ہے۔ یا وہ اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترنے کے بعد پروگرام کے لیے اندراج کر سکیں گے۔
پروگرام کو درپیش کسی بھی مسائل کے حل کے لیے حکومت پاکستان کی جانب سے ایک ہیلپ لائن نمبر فراہم کیا گیا ہے۔ جو لوگ بار بار کٹوتی کرتے ہیں وہ صفر کا اعلان کرتے ہیں یا پروگرام میں کسی بھی مسئلے کو حل کرنے کے لیے اس ہیلپ لائن نمبر کا استعمال کرتے ہیں۔
