Mamta Mother and Child Financial Assistance Program
The Mamta Mother and Child Financial Assistance Program has launched between the Sindh Social Protection Authority and the Sindh Rural Support Organization established by the Government of Sindh. This agreement between the two organizations is part of the Mamta program.
The Mamta program has been introduced by the Sindh government to encourage pregnant women and lactating mothers. The first 1,000 days of a two-year-old child or a pregnant woman are considered extremely important. Mamta program has facilities for maternal and child health care services during the continuum of care up to three years.

The Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA), a subsidiary of the Government of Sindh, organized surveillance at PPHI Perumal and Mohib Junejo hospitals in Sanghar district under the Maternal and Child Shelter Program (Mamata Programme).
Addressing the awareness session, Mamta Program District Coordinator Kulsoom Juyo said that more and more pregnant women of the area should register in this program to improve the mental and physical health of mother and child.
It should be noted that the Mamta program is ongoing in 15 districts of Sindh while registration of pregnant women is being done in 71 hospitals of PPHI in Sanghar district. Eligible women joining the Mamta program will be paid a total of Rs 30,000 through their registered mobile numbers after 16 medical examinations.

آگاہی سیشن سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے ممتا پروگرام کی ضلعی کوآرڈینیٹر کلثوم جویو نے کہا کہ علاقے کی حاملہ خواتین زیادہ سے زیادہ اس پروگرام میں رجسٹریشن کرائیں تاکہ ماں اور بچے کی ذہنی اور جسمانی صحت کو بہتر بنایا جا سکے۔
واضح رہے کہ ممتا پروگرام سندھ کے 15 اضلاع میں جاری ہے جبکہ ضلع سانگھڑ میں پی پی ایچ آئی کے 71 اسپتالوں میں حاملہ خواتین کی رجسٹریشن کی جارہی ہے۔ ممتا پروگرام میں شامل ہونے والی اہل خواتین کو 16 طبی معائنے کے بعد ان کے رجسٹرڈ موبائل نمبروں کے ذریعے مجموعی طور پر 30,000 روپے تک کی ادائیگی کی جائے گی۔

Program Registration Procedure
To register in the Mamta program you have to first check your eligibility, after that, you have to visit your nearest center.
- One thing to remember is that you have to go for registration only after completing your documents.
- Your documents include your identity card and other documents.
- In the program started by the Sindh government, the ineligible persons have also included.
- Ineligible persons should visit the nearest office with a copy of their updated information.
