وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز کی جانب سے رمضان نگہبان پیکج کا آغاز بطور امداد کیا گیا ہے. تاکہ ضرورت مند افراد اپنی ضروریات پوری کر سکیں اور جلد از جلد اپنی زندگیوں کو بہتر کر سکیں۔ مہنگائی اور غربت کے باعث غریب افراد کو شدید مشکلات کا سامنا ہے. اس لیے حکومت پاکستان نے ان کے مسائل کے حل کے لیے رمضان کیئر پیکج کا آغاز کیا ہے۔ جس سے جڑنے کے بعد وہ اپنی ضروریات پوری کر سکتے ہیں۔ پروگرام کے اہل افراد اپنی رجسٹریشن کے بعد ان کی دہلیز پر مدد حاصل کر سکیں گے. جس میں 10 کلو آٹے کے تین تھیلے اور ضروری اشیاء جیسے آٹا، دال، چاول، چینی، چنے کا آٹا وغیرہ شامل ہیں۔
