Punjab Govt is providing solar panels for tubewells to save electricity to farmers. A special meeting of the Punjab National Assembly was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz. In which she announced to give solar panels for tube wells to the farmers.
They have tried to solve the problems arising in farming. She talked about providing solar panels to farmers who are worried about rising electricity prices. She said that increasing electricity and gas prices are a question mark on the people’s tolerance. Providing solar panels to farmers will improve farming.
She said that government money must spent to provide modern facilities to small farmers. Farmers should get full compensation for their hard work. Chief Minister Punjab said that modern machinery would also be provided to farmers.
Due to the lack of rain, there is a water shortage in the crops, which impacts crop production and increases the risk of crop destruction. Due to the continuous increase in electricity prices, running the tube wells for the farmers becomes a burden.
It has announced that solar panels for tube wells will be provided to farmers to solve these problems. This will allow them to improve the irrigation process in less time and at less cost.

Ms. Maryam Nawaz Sharif said we will provide small farmers with modern machinery. In the present era, agricultural equipment plays an important role in achieving more production in less time. The Chief Minister also pledged to increase agriculture and provide modern machinery for better water use. Maryam Nawaz said farmers would also given easy loans to provide agricultural facilities.
Maryam Nawaz said that solar panels and modern agricultural equipment will be provided to those farmers who have less than 12 acres of land. To get cheap items you will get paid after applying in this program.

The government of Pakistan has also established training institutions for the youth to improve the agriculture sector. These institutions can train them to produce better land in a modern way.
