Quarterly installment of BISP
The first quarterly installment of BISP 2024 has released. Suppose you have declared eligible under the Benazir Income Support Program, and are among the regular recipients. In that case, you can withdraw your money from your nearest BISP-nominated bank’s ATM or a BISP agent.
The method of receiving the money for this program is straightforward. You can get your BISP assistance amount through finger verification from ATMs of nominated banks. You can also receive your National Identity Card amount from the BISP agent. In the BISP program, only those individuals who are eligible for assistance will receive payment.
Quarterly installments of the BISP are distributed four times a year. Millions of poor and deserving people in Pakistan are benefiting from this program. In the January-March quarter of BISP, the installment of educational scholarships for children has also included in it.

How to Get Money Through Fingerprint Verification
If you are a beneficiary of the Benazir Income Support Program. And you have received your money transfer message from BISP helpline number 8171. So you visit your nearest BISP designated bank’s ATM and withdraw your money through finger verification.
Press the ATM Perscan option, select the Urdu language, and press the BISP button. Enter your National Identity Card number in the space provided, and place your thumb impression in the space provided. Once the thumb is verified, click on the “Find” button to check the account balance.
The current amount on your account shown to you, click on the “Yes” button to withdraw the amount. Enter your desired amount and press the OK button to receive your amount and get the receipt. Women receiving the first installment cannot receive money from ATMs, they can receive money from the designated shopkeepers of Habib Bank. The Benazir Income Support Program Beneficiaries women residents of all provinces of Pakistan can withdraw their money in this way.

شکایت فارم میں اپنا نام، قومی شناختی کارڈ نمبر، موبائل نمبر، کٹوتی کرنے والے کا نام، اور کٹوتی کی رقم کی تمام تفصیلات رسید کی جگہ پر درج کریں. درخواست فارم جمع کرائیں۔ اگر آپ خود یہ فارم نہیں بھر سکتے تو آپ دفتری عملے سے مدد لے سکتے ہیں۔ متعلقہ افسر آپ کی شکایات کی جانچ کرے گا. اگر شکایات درست ہیں تو وہ ایجنٹ کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی کی ہدایت کرے گا۔ عمل مکمل ہونے کے بعد، آپ کی کٹوتی رقم آپ کے بینک اکاؤنٹ میں منتقل ہو جائے گی. جس کے بعد آپ اسے وصول کر سکیں گے۔

How to lodge complaints in the BISP office?
Your amount is informed to you through an SMS received from 8171. If the agent gives you less than that amount, understand that your amount has been deducted. Go to your nearest Benazir Income Support Program tehsil office to register your complaint. Do not forget to carry your original National Identity Card and your mobile number for registering complaints. Inform the Assistant Director at the BISP Tehsil Office about your complaints. Ask for the BISP Complaint Form to register the complaint.
In the complaint form, enter your name, National Identity Card number, mobile number, name of the deductor. Enter all the details of the deduction amount at the place of receipt and submit the application form. If you cannot fill this form yourself, you can get help from the office staff.
The concerned officer will check your complaints and if the complaints are correct, he will direct legal action against the agent. After the process is completed, your deducted amount will be transferred to your bank account, after which you will be able to receive it.

Complaint Centers of BISP have set up to deal with fraudsters and make the payment method transparent in the Benazir Income Support Program. You can solve all your problems related to BISP through Complete Center.
The applicant has to register his complaint by contacting the helpline number 0800265477 of the BISP Complete Center. A representative at BISP’s call center will register your complaint, and take immediate action to resolve your issue.
