    • Please send your national identity card number to the Sehat Sahulat program helpline number 8500. 
    • Enter the code given in the image below in the designated space.

    Extra Benefits Of Sehat Sahulat Card

    When you go to the hospital for treatment with the Sehat Sahulat card, you must have a few documents (your health card, your original national identity card, and the child’s bay form). It is important to remember that, when you get your treatment through the Sehat Sahulat card, all the amount will deducted from the Sahat Sahulat card itself, apart from this you don’t need to pay any additional amount.

    1. If the patient has been admitted to the hospital more than three times in a year, he/she has given 1000 rupees per discharge for transport services.
    2. If a Sehat Sahulat card beneficiary dies in the hospital during treatment. So his family members have given 10 thousand rupees as funeral aid.
