Without BISP Biometric Verification For Receiving New Payment. Most of the beneficiaries of the BISP were residents of rural areas and illiterate, and a few were taking advantage of their illiteracy to charge them withdrawal fees. The Benazir Income Support Program went door-to-door in 2010 to collect information about the socio-economic status of people. Which was named the NSER survey. For the first time in the history of Pakistan, the data of more than 27 million people was collected by going door to door. NSER acted as a platform for all social security programs in various sectors.
