When going to the BISP office for registration purposes, you must have some necessary documents with you. The documents must contain your valid national identity card, electricity or gas bill, mobile number, and the national identity card of the head of the household. You will provide all your documents to the representative in the BISP office. The representative will check your documents and ask you some household questions. You should give short answers to these questions. In case of providing wrong information, legal action can be taken against you.
After giving correct answers to all the questions asked, your registration process will be completed. The representative will provide you with a receipt which you will keep.
