Himmat Card and Nigehban Card
The Punjab government has introduced the Himmat Card and Nigehban Card for disabled and poor people. Under this easy loans of one to two lakhs will be provided to deserving disabled people, So that they can live a free and comfortable life. Maryam Nawaz said that these loans will be provided to deserving disabled people who can do their own business despite their disability.
The purpose of this courage card is to encourage disabled people and enable them to lead a dignified life in society. After coming to power, Chief Minister Punjab has taken many steps to improve the lives of disabled people.
While addressing the meeting, he said that free wheelchairs will also be provided to deserving disabled people. Financial aid will also be provided to those disabled people who belong to the poor classes and cannot afford their treatment.

پنجاب حکومت نے معذور اور غریب افراد کے لیے ہمت کارڈ اور نگہبان کارڈ متعارف کرائے ہیں۔ اس کے تحت مستحق معذور افراد کو ایک سے دو لاکھ تک کے آسان قرضے فراہم کیے جائیں گے، تاکہ وہ آزاد اور آرام دہ زندگی گزار سکیں۔ مریم نواز نے کہا کہ یہ قرضے ایسے مستحق معذور افراد کو فراہم کیے جائیں گے جو معذوری کے باوجود اپنا کاروبار کر سکیں۔
اس ہمت کارڈ کا مقصد معذور افراد کی حوصلہ افزائی کرنا اور انہیں معاشرے میں باوقار زندگی گزارنے کے قابل بنانا ہے۔ اقتدار میں آنے کے بعد وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے معذور افراد کی زندگیوں کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے بہت سے اقدامات کیے ہیں۔
اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ مستحق معذور افراد کو مفت وہیل چیئرز بھی فراہم کی جائیں گی۔ ان معذور افراد کو بھی مالی امداد فراہم کی جائے گی جو غریب طبقے سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں اور اپنے علاج کی استطاعت نہیں رکھتے۔
Registration For Himmat Card And Nigehban Card
The government of Pakistan is taking many steps to save disabled people from an inferiority complex and empower them to lead a life. Before this, programs have also been run for the assistance of disabled persons, under which assistance funds are provided to disabled persons. They receive these funds every three months through an ATM or bank account, with which they meet their basic needs and get better treatment.
The Chief Minister of Punjab said that to get a courage card and guardian card, disabled people have to get their registration done first, only after that these cards will be issued to them. To register, they must have their valid National Identity Card, which highlights their disability. The Punjab government has not yet introduced any method of registration for the Himmat Card and Nigehban Card.

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے کہا کہ ہمت کارڈ اور گارڈین کارڈ حاصل کرنے کے لیے معذور افراد کو پہلے اپنی رجسٹریشن کروانا ہوگی، اس کے بعد ہی انہیں یہ کارڈ جاری کیے جائیں گے۔ رجسٹر کرنے کے لیے، ان کے پاس اپنا درست قومی شناختی کارڈ ہونا ضروری ہے، جو ان کی معذوری کو نمایاں کرتا ہے۔ پنجاب حکومت نے ابھی تک ہمت کارڈ اور نگہبان کارڈ کے لیے رجسٹریشن کا کوئی طریقہ متعارف نہیں کرایا۔

Who Is Eligible for Himmat Card and Nigehban Card
Eligibility criteria for the Himmat Card and Nihgaban Card are kept very short and easy like other government programs.
- To get the card, the applicant must have a valid National Identity Card with his current address in any city of Punjab.
- Only persons with disabilities related to Punjab are eligible for the Himmat Card and Nighaban Card. People belonging to any city outside Punjab will not be able to get the card.
- Applicants for the Himmat card and Nighaban card must have disability certificate.
- Only those disabled persons, who can do business despite their disability, will be eligible for this card.
- Under this card, short and easy loans will be provided to them. Through which they will expand their small business or start their own small and home business.

ہمت کارڈ اور نگہبان کارڈ کے لیے درخواست دہندگان کے پاس معذوری کا سرٹیفکیٹ ہونا ضروری ہے۔
صرف وہی معذور افراد، جو اپنی معذوری کے باوجود کاروبار کر سکتے ہیں، اس کارڈ کے اہل ہوں گے۔
اس کارڈ کے تحت انہیں مختصر اور آسان قرضے فراہم کیے جائیں گے۔ جس کے ذریعے وہ اپنے چھوٹے کاروبار کو وسعت دیں گے یا اپنا چھوٹا اور گھریلو کاروبار شروع کریں گے۔
Free Wheelchairs For Disabled Persons
The Chief Minister of Punjab has also announced to provision of free wheelchairs and necessary equipment to assist the disabled to the deserving and poor families of the province.
Maryam Nawaz said that under this scheme, loans will be provided to disabled people as well as wheelchairs will also be provided so that they do not have to face more difficulties in the life of disabled people.
