وہ افراد جو اپنے HBL بینک اکاؤنٹ سے یکمشت رقم وصول کرتے ہیں اکثر ان کے فنڈز سے کٹوتی حاصل کرتے ہیں یا نکالنے کے دوران فیس وصول کی جاتی ہے۔ لہذا اب حکومت نے کیمپس کی طرف سے ادائیگی حاصل کرنے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ لہٰذا اب جو لوگ اپنے شناختی کارڈ کے ساتھ قریب ترین کیمپس سائیڈ جائیں گے انہیں فنگر پرنٹس کی تصدیق کے بعد ادائیگی فراہم کی جائے گی۔
