Ramadan Relief Package of 5000 for the Poor People From Govt. The government of Pakistan has determined to eradicate poverty in the country and provide relief to the people during the holy month of Ramadan. People will helped in different ways in every province of Pakistan.
Millions of people are benefiting through the Nighaban Muft Atta and ration program in Punjab. Similarly, it has been announced to provide relief funds to the people in Sindh. Food prices increase rapidly during Ramadan. And the deserving and poor people cannot access them, they have to face a lot of problems.
The Sindh government has announced a special Ramadan package for Sindh to help disadvantaged people. Under this, the deserving people will be provided a subsidy of about 22 and a half billion rupees.
Under this package, every family will provided Rs 5,000 cash as a Ramadan package in the holy month of Ramadan. About 35 million families will be able to benefit from this Ramadan relief package, which is more than 60% of Sindh’s population.
They will get these amounts through banks. It has been announced that this program is from the 1st of Ramadan.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the Ramadan Relief Package for Sindh have kept similar to other aid programs.
- People whose monthly income is less than 35,000 will be eligible to benefit from the Ramadan Relief Package for Sindh.
- Those whose poverty score is 40 or less will not included in the Ramadan relief package.
- Government employees will not be eligible to benefit from the Ramadan Relief Package for Sindh.
- Those people who have any valuable property or plot registered in their name will not be able to benefit from the Ramadan relief package.
- People who have ever travelled abroad, or only their passports have been issued, will also not eligible for the Ramadan Relief Package for Sindh.
- Especially the daily wage earners and laborers are eligible to benefit from this program.

حکومت پاکستان رمضان المبارک کے مقدس مہینے میں ملک سے غربت کے خاتمے اور عوام کو ریلیف فراہم کرنے کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔ پاکستان کے ہر صوبے میں لوگوں کی مختلف طریقوں سے مدد کی جا رہی ہے۔ پنجاب میں نگہبان مفت عطا اور راشن پروگرام سے لاکھوں لوگ مستفید ہو رہے ہیں۔
اسی طرح سندھ میں عوام کو ریلیف فنڈز دینے کا اعلان کیا گیا ہے۔ رمضان المبارک میں اشیائے خوردونوش کی قیمتوں میں تیزی سے اضافہ ہوتا ہے۔ اور مستحق اور غریب لوگ ان تک رسائی حاصل نہیں کر سکتے، انہیں کافی پریشانیوں کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔
سندھ حکومت نے پسماندہ لوگوں کی مدد کے لیے سندھ کے لیے خصوصی رمضان پیکج کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس کے تحت مستحق افراد کو تقریباً ساڑھے 22 ارب روپے کی سبسڈی دی جائے گی۔ پیکیج کے تحت رمضان المبارک کے مقدس مہینے میں ہر خاندان کو رمضان پیکیج کے طور پر 5000 روپے نقد فراہم کیے جائیں گے۔
اس رمضان ریلیف پیکج سے تقریباً 35 ملین خاندان مستفید ہو سکیں گے جو کہ سندھ کی آبادی کا 60 فیصد سے زیادہ ہے۔ وہ یہ رقم بینکوں کے ذریعے حاصل کر سکیں گے۔ اعلان کیا گیا ہے کہ یہ پروگرام یکم رمضان سے ہے۔

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that Ramadan markets will established at the tehsil level in Sindh. There are no eligibility criteria for purchasing from Ramadan Bazaar.
All Pakistanis, irrespective of any city or region, can shop at a discount from Ramadan Bazaar. All essential items will be available at discounted rates in Ramadan Bazaar.
A price list will be provided to all vendors of Ramadan Bazaar. A price control committee will appointed to implement the price list in Ramadan Bazaar.
Legal action will taken against those who violate the price list. Chief Minister Sindh said that a crackdown will done against profiteers and hoarders during Ramadan. The commissioners of the province will also informed to take strict action against the profiteers and enforce the price list.
Police security will be provided to avoid any untoward incident. The Chief Minister of Sindh said that he would personally visit the Ramadan bazaars to check the quality and prices of the goods.

The purpose of providing Rs 5,000 cash assistance to the people of Sindh during Ramadan is to provide relief to the poor and deserving people. Karachi, the largest city in Pakistan and Sindh, has a majority population of laborers.
People from other provinces and cities also visit this city for employment. Anchorages have been established here for Suhr and Iftar.
The purpose of this is to help people get the blessings of Ramadan by saving them from the problem of hunger. These funds are being provided to them by banks so that they can buy quality items according to their needs, and avoid any unpleasant incident. Murad Ali Shah directed the administration not to load-shedding during Sehar and Iftar.
