This slip should be filled in by the students from their school, in which the information of the class teacher and head teacher will also collected.
The slip will submitted back to the Benazir Income Support Program office. The child’s class, section, teacher’s name, and teacher’s details must be entered in the slip. Children’s stipend will be issued after verification of enrollment slip is completed.
