Benazir Income Support Program beneficiaries were facing many problems in getting their money. Deductions were being made illegally in their aid amount. Problems were also coming up in the biometric verification of many people. Due to this many beneficiaries stopped receiving their money without any explanation. Some people personally informed the Director General of BISP about these problems and sought redressal of their grievances. The Director General took notice of their problems and organized a BISP E-Kachehri to resolve them.
