Punjab Housing Scheme Start From Chief Minister of Punjab 2024. Owning a house is the dream and basic right of every human being. People struggle day and night to build their houses. Pakistan’s population has grown enormously since independence, which has turned agricultural land into housing colonies. The government has made efforts occasionally to provide low-cost houses to the people.
پنجاب ہاؤسنگ سکیم کا آغاز وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب سے 2024۔ گھر کا مالک ہونا ہر انسان کا خواب اور بنیادی حق ہے۔ لوگ اپنے گھر بنانے کے لیے دن رات جدوجہد کرتے ہیں۔ آزادی کے بعد سے پاکستان کی آبادی میں بے پناہ اضافہ ہوا ہے جس نے زرعی اراضی کو ہاؤسنگ کالونیوں میں تبدیل کر دیا ہے۔ حکومت نے وقتاً فوقتاً لوگوں کو کم قیمت مکانات فراہم کرنے کی کوششیں کی ہیں۔

اپنا عہدہ سنبھالتے ہی نومنتخب وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب محترمہ مریم نواز نے غریب عوام کو گھر کا خواب شرمندہ تعبیر کرنے کے لیے اپنی کوششیں دکھائیں۔ اس سے پہلے بھی پچھلی حکومتوں نے پاکستان کے غریب اور مستحق لوگوں کو پلاٹ اور تعمیر شدہ مکانات فراہم کرنے کی اسکیمیں چلائی ہیں۔

لوگ ایسے علاقوں میں اپنے گھر بنانے کے لیے تیار ہیں، جو شہروں کے قریب ہیں۔ شہروں کے قریب ہاؤسنگ سکیمیں سب سے زیادہ آباد ہیں۔ مستحق افراد کو گھر فراہم کرنے کے لیے پنجاب ہاؤسنگ سکیم کی بنیاد رکھی جا رہی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عوام کے خوابوں کی تکمیل اور پیسے کے بہترین استعمال کے لیے اقدامات کیے جائیں گے۔

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria in the Punjab Housing Scheme program are very easy. The housing scheme program has set the eligibility criteria that the persons fulfilling will be part of the program.
پنجاب ہاؤسنگ سکیم پروگرام میں اہلیت کا معیار بہت آسان ہے۔ ہاؤسنگ سکیم پروگرام نے اہلیت کا معیار مقرر کیا ہے جسے پورا کرنے والے افراد پروگرام کا حصہ ہوں گے۔
- Every resident of Punjab who has a valid National Identity Card is eligible for the Hawas program.
- It should be remembered that he should registered as a resident of any city or district of Punjab on the identity card.
- Those whose poverty score is less than 40 will also able to benefit from the Punjab Housing Scheme.
- This program is specially focused on widows, orphans, and disabled people.
- Widows will be eligible for this program if they have a National Identity Card in which they are registered as a widow.
- Orphans under the age of 18 will eligible for this program if they have the death certificate of their father.
- Persons with disabilities will be able to benefit from this program if they have a labor certificate.
پنجاب ہاؤسنگ سکیم پروگرام میں اہلیت کا معیار
پنجاب کا ہر رہائشی جس کے پاس درست قومی شناختی کارڈ ہے وہ حواس پروگرام کے لیے اہل ہے۔
یاد رہے کہ وہ شناختی کارڈ پر پنجاب کے کسی بھی شہر یا ضلع کے رہائشی کے طور پر رجسٹرڈ ہو۔
جن کا غربت کا سکور 40 سے کم ہے وہ بھی پنجاب ہاؤسنگ سکیم سے مستفید ہو سکیں گے۔
یہ پروگرام خاص طور پر بیواؤں، یتیموں اور معذور افراد پر مرکوز ہے۔
بیوہ اس پروگرام کے لیے اہل ہوں گی اگر ان کے پاس قومی شناختی کارڈ ہے جس میں وہ بطور بیوہ رجسٹرڈ ہیں۔
18 سال سے کم عمر کے یتیم اس پروگرام کے لیے اہل ہوں گے اگر ان کے پاس اپنے والد کی موت کا سرٹیفکیٹ ہو۔
معذور افراد اس پروگرام سے مستفید ہو سکیں گے اگر ان کے پاس لیبر سرٹیفکیٹ ہے۔

نومنتخب وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب محترمہ مریم صاحبہ اس پروگرام کے ذریعے بے سہارا اور بے گھر لوگوں کو پناہ دینا چاہتی ہیں۔
ان لوگوں کی مدد کرنا چاہتے ہیں جو اپنے گھر کھونے کی وجہ سے کرائے کے مکانوں میں رہ رہے ہیں۔
ان لوگوں پر خصوصی توجہ دی جاتی ہے جو کرائے کا مکان بھی نہیں دے سکتے اور فٹ پاتھ پر رہنے پر مجبور ہیں۔
اس پروگرام کے پیچھے محترمہ مریم نواز کا مقصد معذوروں، بیواؤں، بے گھروں اور یتیموں کو ریلیف فراہم کرنا ہے۔
