How to File Complaints
- First of all, you have to write the helpline number on your mobile.
- For this, if you don’t have internet or smartphone facility. Then you don’t need to worry because you will own a keypad mobile phone.
- You have to enter the helpline number on your mobile to register the complaint.
- After receiving the SMS from 8171 you have to visit your nearest centre on your specified date.
- If your amount has been deducted, then go to your nearest centre and lodge your complaint.
- Do not forget to bring your original ID card and mobile phone number to the Tehsil Office for registration.
- Give your report to the Assistant Director and tell them about the deduction.
- After registering the complaint, you will be given a complaint form. You have to fill in your name along with your phone number and relevant details.
- If you cannot do the work yourself, you can also fill out the form with the help of a representative.
- After entering your ID card, mobile number, place of payment, and deduction details submit the form back.
- FRI will be deducted against the deductor immediately if your application is approved.
Your money will be transferred to your bank account which you will be able to access.

شکایت درج کرنے کے لیے آپ کو اپنے موبائل پر ہیلپ لائن نمبر درج کرنا ہوگا۔
8171 سے ایس ایم ایس موصول ہونے کے بعد آپ کو اپنی مخصوص تاریخ پر اپنے قریبی مرکز پر جانا ہوگا۔
اگر آپ کی رقم کاٹی گئی ہے، تو اپنے قریبی مرکز پر جائیں اور اپنی شکایت درج کرائیں۔
رجسٹریشن کے لیے اپنا اصل شناختی کارڈ اور موبائل فون نمبر تحصیل آفس لانا نہ بھولیں۔
اپنی رپورٹ اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر کو دیں اور کٹوتی کے بارے میں بتائیں۔
شکایت درج کرنے کے بعد، آپ کو ایک شکایت فارم دیا جائے گا۔ آپ کو اپنے فون نمبر اور متعلقہ تفصیلات کے ساتھ اپنا نام بھرنا ہوگا۔
